Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using gasreceipt's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

gasreceipt provides logo design and brand identity services for small businesses. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement before work begins.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project
  • The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final files
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

Revisions

All packages include unlimited revisions on the chosen concept direction. This means we'll refine your selected design until you're satisfied. However, requesting an entirely new concept direction after approval of the initial concepts may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment:

  • You receive full ownership and rights to the final approved designs
  • You may use the designs for any commercial purpose
  • gasreceipt retains the right to display the work in our portfolio
  • Unused concepts and preliminary sketches remain the property of gasreceipt

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the discovery phase
  • Respond to requests for feedback within 3 business days
  • Provide any required materials (photos, content) in a timely manner

Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 2 weeks from project kickoff. This timeline assumes timely client feedback. Delays in client response may extend the delivery date accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

gasreceipt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any completed work up to the point of cancellation remains the property of gasreceipt unless full payment is made.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
